Keys are encrypted before they're stored and are never shown again; you'll only see the first and last few characters.
Higher effort thinks more carefully but is slower and costs more. "Default" lets the model decide.
Saving applies to everyone's next question straight away. A test sends one tiny message (a fraction of a cent).
People with the "Talk to Stallone" permission (Team & permissions) get the button. Speech is handled by ElevenLabs.
In ElevenLabs: Settings → API keys → Create key. It needs access to text to speech, speech to text and voices (read).
To use Stallone's own voice, clone it in ElevenLabs with his permission. It will then appear in this list.
Move the slider, press Play sample to hear it, then save.
Add meeting transcripts as .txt or .docx (Zoom and SpeakApp exports work as they are). Each one becomes searchable straight away. The assistant then reads it once against the knowledge base and writes down what it learned: a case note, any figures or rules that changed, and compliance flags. Those notes go into every answer from then on, and the transcript moves to the archive in Firebase Storage. Changes aimed at the Rule Book or the Compliance Risk Review wait for your approval below; everything else applies itself and can be undone.

Transcripts the assistant has learned from. The files are in Firebase Storage (folder transcripts/), and the assistant can still search and quote them when answering. Delete takes one out of the assistant's search and removes what it learned from it; the file in Storage stays.
Every entry here is in force now. Undo removes it from answers straight away. Download as a document to merge into the knowledge base files.
